What is the IB Programme?
The IB curriculum is a complete curriculum system from primary school to high school, and is offered to students around the world aged 3-19. The IB is divided into several different stages of courses, namely the Primary Years Program (PYP), the Middle Years Program (MYP), the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) and the International Baccalaureate Career Certificate Program (IBCC). The IB curriculum we usually refer to is the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), which is a two-year course for students aged 16 to 18, equivalent to the courses studied in the second and third years of high school in China. The IB curriculum offered in kindergartens, primary schools and junior high schools is a curriculum system that is pushed forward according to the requirements of the IBDP curriculum.
